We have been deeply involved in broadcast television, documentaries, reality programs, political campaigns, independent films and podcasts nearly everyday for more than 2 decades and love it! Video Preparation:

Export your sequence to Quicktime with a windowed timecode counter and reference audio track.
Audio Preparation;

AAF w/ embedded media, OR, OMF 2.0 with 3 second handles. maintain all volume automation.

Please group tracks by type: VO, dialogue, music & sound effects.

Delivery: Send zipped file or other file sharing method.

Note: OMF file size limit is 2GB. If project OMF exceeds 2GB, divide and send multiple OMFs split in time or tracks. Please include text file detailing your track layout and include any show notes you may have.
